south to the desert, east to new orleans, north to kentucky, & back home again, i hope! june 2008 it's already too expensive to travel this way, but it'll never get any better, so here we go, one last cross country road trip! in a 17 year old vehicle. wish me well...

first week of the trip will be revisiting the southwest...

then, after pausing perhaps in texas, on to new orleans!

we will all be traveling up to kentucky for annual cole family reunion...

there will be further visiting with kin in ohio & indiana, then the dogs & i (& perhaps roxanne!) will turn westward & homeward, by a route not yet decided...
