Activism with singing,
laughing and shouting (preaching!) is important in 2010.
The corporations
privatize our commons and frame protest as strange or un-American.
We think protest can be joyous. We also believe that it’s
as American as organic apple pie.
We are researching
and dramatizing the commercialism that is overwhelming us. We
try to protect children and schools, the newest Americans, and
our neighborhoods - but the activism of the Church of Life After
Shopping is always for the Earth and Peace.
