on her birthday, roxanne & i stopped here just barely into the quarter, to eat at an outside table at "voila"

across the street a guy was tapdancing for tips, he had put aluminum can bottoms to his shoes for taps!

that day ended with us spending a couple hours in the shelter over the steamboat waiting area, trying not to get TOO wet, hoping it would stop raining. or at least let up, it was a real downpour, the beginning of the tropical storm season!
